   Hydraulic Hammer Ramming Steps

   20kw, 23kw horsepower diesel engine is used as drive force, and hydraulic hammer as impactor.

   1. Working temperature:

   Environment temperature－25℃~40℃. Add about 100 Kg “Great Wall” hydraulic pressure oil.

   Working temperature of hydraulic oil: 30 ℃ ~65 ℃ , N68# used in summer, and N46# in winter.

   2. Main points for operation and special notices:

   The operator adjusts the lifting guide rail vertical to ground, install and tighten the guide rail fixing bolt, add butter on surface of guide rail as lubrication. Forbid working in the case without butter.

   ‚ Before operation, check each system until they are identified as normal, and the engine should run for 3-5 minutes with no load.

   ƒ Before or after daily work, strictly check whether any joining screw is getting loosened. If any screw is getting loosened, immediately tighten it.

   ④When driving outside 500 mm side pile, about 200 kg applied weight shall be added at rear part.

   ⑤Vertical degree of pile must be kept when driving pile so as not to affect life of borer pole.

   3. When machine is switched off, track should be laid upward.

   4. Before switching off the machine, guide rail beam must be taken back, and hydraulic hammer must also be laid down on ground.

   5. The safety valve in multi-way valve has been adjusted in factory, you do not need to adjust it during construction.

   You should operate according to the instruction marks on panel, and do not allow large amplitude operation.
